Our Baby Shower!!

Our friends Erynn and Tsigie and Akilah's step-mom Margie threw us a wonderful shower last weekend! Here are some pics of the occasion:

We are so blessed to have such generous friends and family! KJ is going to be the best dressed kid around! A big Thank You to those who were with us to celebrate and to those who couldn't make it but were there in spirit!

800 Diapers!

Check out all this loot! Akilah's co-workers threw her a surprise shower last week and they gave us 800 diapers!! We also received wipes, toys, clothes and other useful things. We are so thankful!

It's Official!! He's full term!

As of Monday we are 37 weeks which is considered full term! The doctor says he can come at any time now! 

Tsigie and KC are MARRIED!!

Here I am in my full 8 1/2 month glory! The wedding was beautiful and fun and full of friends, family and love!

In the home stretch!!

We are officially in the third trimester! Woohoo!  We have also completed our four week childbirth class and as you can tell from Kenny's face in this picture we enjoyed it so much. 

A Big Milestone!

Only not for Kenneth James! Our Goddaughter Sierra ate her first piece of watermelon yesterday and it was with her Uncle Kenny! She brought her parents Graham and Simone over for dinner and we had a good time out on the back patio. As you can see she is cuter than ever!

A happy 6 months!

It's been six months already! We have been blessed with an easy and pleasant first and second trimesters. We are really excited and anxiously awaiting Kenneth James arrival. For the next few months we will be diligently preparing our home for him. We have got a LOT of work to do! He is very active and we can feel him kicking and somersaulting everyday.

It's a BOY!

Well here he is!!! Kenneth James Saffold! We are so excited and can't wait for him to get here.
